CHRYS CHRYSANTHOU

Chrys is a Partner at Kindred Capital, a venture capital firm based in London, where he invests in Pre-seed and Seed stage companies.

In past roles Chrys was an investor at Notion Capital and Accel Partners. Before that he led Business Development with VCs, Accelerators and the broader startup ecosystem across Europe, Middle East and Africa for Amazon Web Services.

Previously Chrys also held roles as COO of a B2B startup in the Machine-to-Machine and Smart Cities space as well as several roles in Cisco where he focused on services-related Investments and Acquisitions for Cisco's Services organisation world wide, worked on Strategic Alliances and Partnerships development globally.

ELENA PANTAZI

Elena is a partner at Northzone, a European venture capital fund investing from Seed to Growth. Northzone has recently announced their tenth fund at a cool €1 billion.

Elena focuses on helping Northzone’s portfolio companies build strong teams and advise founders on their growth journey. She also works closely with the investment team on pre-deal talent needs across deal origination and due diligence.

Prior to Northzone, Elena was Director of Operations and Head of Marketing & Communications at Bain Capital Private Equity Europe. Before this, Elena was an Investment Manager at venture philanthropy fund Impetus and VP of research at Third Bridge, a fast-growing start-up, having joined as an early employee.

ALEX LOIZOU

Alex is the co-founder and CEO of Trouva, an online marketplace that allows consumers to discover and shop independent boutiques and brands. Trouva was named as one of Europe's 50 fastest growing companies (2020 FT 1000) and was named Retail Week's 'Best Retailer Under £250M'.

Alex started Trouva while going through London's Entrepreneur First accelerator and raised multiple rounds of funding from leading investors including Octopus Ventures, Index Ventures, Playfair Capital and various angels.The company was acquired by Made.com in May, 2022.
